Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy For Sessions There is a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect. Since the scheduling of a Focusing session involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of a session. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you are unable to attend an in-person Focusing session. ​Refund Policy For Session Packages Session Packages are final sale meaning they cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons. All Session Packages expire six months from date of purchase. Refund Policy For Workshops Or Trainings Upon registering for a workshop or training, payment is due immediately to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, cancellation with refund or exchange may occur before 8 days prior to the start date for the workshop or training. A 50 percent fee will be deducted for a cancellation between 8 days to 48 hours prior to the start date for the workshop or training. Within 48 hours before the start date of the workshop or training, no refund or exchange will be given. Focusing With Laura is not responsible for any missed classes and will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session workshop or training. Focusing With Laura reserves the right to cancel a workshop or training, prior to the start date or delay the start date due to low enrolment, instructor availability, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances. All participants will be notified immediately via email address provided. ​ Refund Policy For Gift Certificates Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons.
