I know you are working hard to feel better and get clarity, but it is not as easy as it sounds. Staying balanced and connected to your self in your personal, professional and spiritual life can be challenging. I, too, was stuck, unable to move forward in life. It was exhausting when I got triggered and lost in a sea of my emotions. Outbursts would leave me feeling humiliated and guilty. I also felt overwhelmed - like there was not enough time in the day to do everything.

I care about you and your well-being. For 15 years, I have supported individuals one-to-one and in groups with new practical life skills for personal, professional and spiritual

development. My training allows me to listen and communicate in ways which help you access your own intricate bodily Felt-Sensed experience. I earned university degrees in Theatre as well as Psychology. I specialize in Focusing: which was discovered by Dr. Eugene Gendlin. I am a Certified Focusing Practitioner and Certified Focusing Teacher in Inner Relationship Focusing: developed by Dr. Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara McGavin. I am a Professional member in good standing with The International Focusing Institute and a member of The BioSpiritual Focusing Institute and The British Focusing Association. I received the International Focusing Institute's Proficiency in Focusing Partnership Award in 2020.

I am deeply committed to my personal meditation practice - meditating for over twelve years. I have taught different meditation methods for over ten years. Over the past nine years, I have dedicated myself to maintaining a respectful relationship with my whole self through my Focusing practice, engaging in weekly peer-to-peer Focusing sessions. I co-facilitated eight-month-long personal and spiritual development programs for adults, which I Co-Founded and ran over seven years. I also work as a Community and Developmental Support Worker and a visual arts and theatre instructor for people of all ages and abilities.

And the best part? I currently support people one-to-one and in groups to learn how to cultivate the inner environment for real radical, lasting change. Clients and students develop life skills such as being able to pause and sense before responding when emotionally triggered. And feel more secure, calm, and peaceful throughout their day.

Now it's your turn! It is the time to make your self a priority, feel better, and live the life you want. Will I have the privilege and honour of supporting you next? Book a Complimentary Consultation to see if Focusing is a "good fit."
