You have the opportunity to directly engage with the evidence-based, transformative Focusing process. Benefit from continuous one-on-one online Focusing Sessions with Laura, each lasting fifty minutes. She will attentively listen to you and respect your individual process, without judgment. Furthermore, Laura promotes personal independence and will not provide diagnoses, advice, analysis, or presume to know what is best for you. When scheduling your appointment, you can select your preferred session duration, with the options for 25, 50, or 75 minutes. Most clients typically opt for 50-minute Focusing Sessions. Laura invites you to bring an obstacle, creative challenge, or life difficulty for which you seek genuine, enduring improvement. Experience a secure environment where you feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. You will receive compassionate, respectful, and customized listening. This one-to-one session is suitable for individuals of all experience levels, whether you are new to the Inner Relationship Focusing method or have prior experience in Focusing or other body-based practices.
