Service Description

This session is included in the cost of your Focusing Foundations Training Part 1. Purpose of the Pre-Class Session: -Meet and connect with the course facilitator. -Ask logistical questions to feel confident starting the training. -Experience the Focusing process through a mini-guided exercise. For Part 2 Course Participants: If you are new to Focusing With Laura and registering for Part 2 or Advanced Courses, this session is also included in your Part 2 course fee. Important Notes: -You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you don’t, your session isn’t scheduled. -Please book only after purchasing your Focusing Foundations Training Part 1 or Part 2 course.
