If you are new to Focusing With Laura and registering for an Advanced Courses, this session is included in your course fee. Purpose of the Pre-Class Session: • Meet and connect with the course facilitator. • Ask logistical questions to feel confident starting the course. • Experience the Focusing process through a mini-guided exercise.
