This Pre-Class Focusing & Info Session is included in the cost of your Focusing Foundations Training Part 1. The purpose of your Pre-Class Focusing & Info Session is: -to have an opportunity to meet and connect with the course facilitator -ask logistical questions so you feel confident starting the Training -to directly experience the Focusing process through a mini-guided Focusing exercise NOTE: If you are registering for our Focusing Foundations Training Part 2 and are new to Focusing With Laura, then this Pre-Class Focusing & Info Session is included in the cost of your course. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking your session. If that doesn’t happen, you are not scheduled. You won’t get charged when booking this service online. Please do not book this session until you have purchased your Focusing Foundations Training Part 1.
